Many small and medium businesses in Japan remained hesitant about digital advertising.
The pandemic accelerated adoption, but navigating the mix of formats — display, banners, YouTube — was still confusing for many owners.

We created an educational video that explained how Google Ads works in a simple, visual, and relatable way — helping business owners understand how to reach new customers online.
The film was produced entirely in Japanese, yet designed abstractly enough to be localized for other markets — requiring only a new voice-over and minor visual adjustments.
